Possessing a NC Concealed Carry Handgun (CCH) permit will eliminate the need to obtain a Pistol Purchase Permit from your local Sheriff every time you want to purchase a new handgun. Your CCH serves as the permit.
A CCH permit also allows you to carry a pistol in your automobile when travelling on business, vacation, or just around town.
And a North Carolina CCH permit allows you to carry a concealed handgun in 31 other states. Residents of any county in North Carolina can attend this class. It is centrally located and best serves residents of Guilford, Alamance, Randolph, Chatham and Davidson counties.
